REFUND POLICY

What happen if I would like to return my purchase?

Happy Cup Warehouse will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage by the customer and must have proof of purchase. Please return your purchase within three (3) days from receipt of the shipment. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after three (3) days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Please email sale@happycupwarehouse.com.au with your request.

How do I receive my Refunds?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Refund will be provided less 30% restocking fee. The Customer will be responsible for paying for any return shipping costs for the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
